COMMON SEAL
80. Custody of seal - The common seal of the Council shall be kept in a box having two different locks and the key of one of these locks shall be in the custody of the President and the key of the other lock in the custody of the Registrar.
81. Affixing of seal -
- The seal shall be affixed only by of the Council or, when the Council is not sitting, by order of the Executive Committee, but its use by such committee shall be limited to such acts as may be necessary to carry into effect the powers delegated and duties entrusted to it by the Council.
- Any order for affixing the seal shall state the object of its use, and shall be entered in the minutes of the Council of the Executive Committee, as the case may be.
